Do you deliver antique furniture across the UK?
Yes - all large pieces are delivered by our trusted two-man antique delivery team, fully wrapped and insured. We arrange delivery to any UK postcode
Can I view an item in person before buying?
Absolutely. Our 7,000 sq ft warehouse in Barry (South Wales) is open for viewings by appointment. We're always happy to show you any piece in detail.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes - we regularly ship antiques to Europe, the USA, and Asia via specialist antique freight partners. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
What happens if a piece isn't as described?
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, we will resolve it promptly and at our cost - full refund or replacement. We take great care with our descriptions and photography precisely to avoid this. Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days under UK distance selling regulations, with return shipping the buyer's responsibility using a specialist antique courier.
Are your antiques fully checked before sale?
Every item is inspected, photographed accurately, and described honestly. Any wear consistent with age is noted in the listing.
