About Us

Hawkins Antiques Ltd is a specialist antique furniture dealer established in 1960, registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Unit 15, Palmers Vale Business Centre, Palmerston Road, Barry, CF63 2XA.

Our Products

All items sold by Hawkins Antiques are genuine antique or vintage furniture unless otherwise stated. As antique items, they will show signs of age, wear, and historic use consistent with their period. Each listing includes a condition description — please read this carefully before purchasing.

All measurements are approximate. Colours may vary slightly from photographs depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (all major credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Bank transfer is available on request for larger purchases.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible at lee@hawkinsantiques.com or 01446 744271. If the item has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund in full. If delivery has already been arranged, cancellation may not be possible.

Liability

We take every care to accurately describe our items. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
