A fine antique Edwardian satinwood painted display cabinet on stand, attributed to the renowned London makers Hampton & Sons, dating to circa 1900.

This elegant cabinet is beautifully crafted in satinwood and decorated with delicate hand-painted floral swags and classical ornament. The upper frieze features a charming painted panel depicting dancing figures, adding a distinctive decorative element typical of high-quality Edwardian satinwood furniture.

The glazed double doors open to reveal glass display shelves with a luxurious silk-lined interior, ideal for showcasing porcelain, glassware or decorative antiques. Below sits a single drawer with original brass handles and further painted decoration.

The cabinet stands on a separate satinwood base with fluted supports, giving the piece both elegance and presence while maintaining the refined proportions associated with Sheraton revival furniture.
