The table is beautifully crafted in warm toned wood enhanced by finely cast ormolu mounts including decorative swags, corner detailing, and elegant brass handles. The removable glazed top reveals a cushioned interior display area designed for showcasing jewellery, watches, or decorative objects whilst protecting them beneath glass. Raised on slender tapered legs terminating in brass feet, the piece displays refined French proportions and decorative balance throughout. The table is presented in good vintage condition commensurate with its age. The wood retains attractive colour and finish throughout, while all ormolu mounts including the swag mounts, corner mounts, and handle mounts remain present and intact.

The removable glazed tray top is complete with its original ormolu gallery and handles. The buttoned cream interior lining remains intact and presentable with honest age-related wear consistent with genuine use. The legs and brass feet are sound and stable throughout.
