Description

A highly decorative French bedstead dating to the early 20th century, designed in the Louis XV taste.

The shaped headboard and footboard are beautifully enhanced with delicate hand-painted floral garlands and bouquets. The flowing serpentine form and carved cresting give the piece elegance and movement, while the warm timber tones contrast attractively with the painted detailing.

Raised on turned legs with castors, the bed retains a light and refined silhouette. It dismantles for transport and installation.
