Craftsmanship & Detail
The wardrobe is constructed from beautifully figured satinwood, enriched with contrasting ebony stringing and delicate floral marquetry. The timber displays excellent colour and depth, giving the piece a light, refined and highly decorative appearance.
The central section features cupboard doors enclosing fitted linen shelves above four graduated drawers, while the two flanking mirrored doors provide generous hanging space. The original brass handles, escutcheons and inlaid ornament remain beautifully in keeping with the period.
