Craftsmanship & Detail

The circular top is inset with a substantial grey marble surface whose natural tones contrast beautifully against the rich colour and figured grain of the mahogany base. Below, the bold pedestal support is formed with shaped supports and finely carved scroll details, terminating in classic claw feet which provide both decorative impact and excellent stability. This antique mahogany centre table is presented in good overall antique condition for its age, displaying the expected signs of use associated with a genuine period piece. The marble top remains structurally sound throughout with no cracks and displays attractive natural colour and character.

The mahogany base is solid and well constructed with rich colour and attractive aged patina. Minor surface marks, small scuffs, and age-related wear to the polish are present, particularly around the feet and edges, entirely consistent with genuine use and age. The table remains sturdy and stable throughout with no movement in the base. Overall, a well-preserved example ready for immediate practical use and display.
