An elegant antique French marble top bedside / side table, dating to the 19th century, combining refined proportions with exceptional decorative detail.

The circular marble top sits within a finely inlaid frieze, richly decorated with ormolu mounts and a single drawer featuring its original ring pull and tassel. The quality of the inlay and gilt bronze mounts highlights the craftsmanship typical of fine French furniture of the period.

Raised on slender, tapering legs terminating in ormolu sabots, the table features a practical two tier design, offering additional display or storage space. The lower shelf mirrors the form of the top, creating balance and symmetry.

Perfect as an antique bedside table, lamp table, or occasional side table, this piece suits both classic and contemporary interiors.

A highly decorative and functional example of 19th century French antique furniture, presented in very good condition with a pleasing aged patina.

Condition Note: In very good condition for a piece of this age. The marble top is intact with no cracks or chips of note. The marquetry frieze is complete and displays beautifully. The ormolu mounts retain good detail and original surface throughout. The veneers are sound. The structure is solid and stable on its four original ormolu sabots.
