The cabinet is presented in good antique condition commensurate with its age of over 130 years. The carved decoration remains intact across all surfaces including the temple pediment, figural supports, dragon columns, pierced fretwork aprons, and base frieze, all displaying excellent definition with no significant losses or damage of note.

Minor age-related wear is present throughout, entirely honest and appropriate for a genuine Anglo-Indian piece of this age and history. The structure remains sound and the rich hardwood retains an attractive deep aged patina throughout. An honest description from a specialist dealer with over 60 years of family experience.
