Craftsmanship & Detail

The curved glass follows the cabinet's serpentine front, creating a refined architectural presence of considerable elegance. The upper section is crowned by a beautifully carved pierced frieze beneath a moulded cornice - the quality of carving entirely typical of the finest Chippendale revival cabinet making. The interior opens to shaped display shelves ideal for porcelain, silver, or decorative objects, while the lower under-tier adds further practical display space. Raised on elegant supports with carved detailing to the apron, the cabinet has a lightness and balance that makes it equally suited to traditional and contemporary interiors.
